Volinetra (hereafter referred to as "we") provides a seamless and secure shopping experience for all our customers. This guide explains how to browse, purchase, pay, track, and manage orders in our online store.

1. Browsing and Selecting Products

  2. Select the desired product and quantity.

  3. Add the item to your shopping cart.

  4. Review your cart before proceeding to checkout.

2. Placing an Order

  1. Proceed to checkout from your shopping cart.

  2. Provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  3. Review your order details before confirming.

  4. Submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation email containing the order number, payment summary, and expected delivery information.

3. Payment Methods

We support secure payment via credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and more.

Payment Process

  1. Choose your preferred card during checkout.

  2. Enter card details and billing information accurately.

  3. Confirm and submit your payment securely.

  4. Payment confirmation will be sent via email.

4. Shipping Information

  • Delivery Area: All areas within the United Kingdom. Other countries are not supported.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders over £160 enjoy free shipping; orders equal to or below £160 are charged £16.99.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 18:00 (Monday to Friday, 11:00–18:00, Europe/London, GMT/BST) are processed the same day; orders after 18:00 or on weekends are processed the next working day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Carrier: UPS.

  • Order Tracking: You can track your order using the order number and your email or phone number on our store’s tracking page.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Orders after 48 hours or already shipped cannot be cancelled. We recommend waiting for delivery and then following the return process to obtain a refund.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, wrong, or unsatisfactory items. Unconditional returns are also accepted.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact customer service via email or phone with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos or videos.

    • Upon approval, return address and instructions will be provided.

    • Return the item and wait for receipt confirmation.

    • Approved returns will be inspected and refunded per our refund policy.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact customer service with details as above.

    • Upon approval, return the item to the specified address.

    • Once inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Expected processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Fees for Returns:

    • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: shipping costs borne by us.

    • Unconditional returns: shipping costs borne by customer.
