Refund Policy

 

Volinetra (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”) values customer satisfaction and aims to offer a transparent, reasonable, and customer-friendly return and exchange experience. This policy explains the applicable timeframes, conditions, and procedures.

Return & Exchange Eligibility Period

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order is successfully delivered. Requests submitted after this period may fall outside the eligible window and may not be accepted.

Acceptable Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests made within the eligible period may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product is received with visible defects, breakage, or physical damage

  • The product exhibits quality-related or functional issues affecting normal use

  • The item has unusual odors, obvious color inconsistencies, or other noticeable abnormalities

  • An incorrect product, size, or model was delivered due to fulfillment errors

  • No-reason (unconditional) return or exchange requests, provided the item remains unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition

All returned items must meet the above criteria to qualify for processing.

Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone and submit the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will notify the customer and provide an authorized return address along with return instructions.

Customers must ship the item back to the specified address and wait for confirmation of receipt. Upon arrival, the returned item will be inspected. If it meets return requirements, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Exchange Request Procedure

For exchange requests, customers should contact our customer service team with the order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and any relevant photos or videos.

After approval, we will provide the return address and instructions. Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to inventory availability.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, such as Visa or MasterCard.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval. The actual posting time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer. If the refund is not reflected after this period, customers are advised to contact our support team.

Return Authorization & Shipping Labels

All returns must be authorized in advance. For approved requests, we will issue an official return shipping label in accordance with standard online retail practices.

The provided label must be securely attached to the return package to ensure accurate identification and smooth handling. Returns sent without authorization or without the official label may experience delays or be rejected.

Shipping Fee Responsibility

  • Covered by Volinetra: If the return or exchange is due to product defects, quality issues, abnormal odors, significant color discrepancies, or incorrect items shipped, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by us.

  • Covered by the Customer: For no-reason returns within the eligible period, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Liability & Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or failures caused by shipping carriers or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Returned items must be shipped in proper packaging and in their original condition. We are not liable for damage or loss resulting from improper packaging or handling during customer-arranged return shipping.
