Volinetra (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to offering clear, dependable, and transparent shipping services to customers located within the United Kingdom. This policy outlines delivery coverage, fees, timelines, and related responsibilities.
Delivery Coverage
At present, we provide shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping outside the UK is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value:

Orders with a total value above £160 qualify for free standard shipping

Orders with a total value of £160 or below are subject to a flat shipping fee of £16.99
All applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00–18:00 (Europe/London, GMT or BST as applicable).

Orders placed before 18:00 on business days will be processed on the same day

Orders placed after 18:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days, depending on destination location and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Shipping Carrier
We partner with UPS as our primary logistics provider to ensure secure handling and reliable delivery of all shipments.
Order Tracking
After an order is successfully placed, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information.
Once the order has shipped, tracking details will be made available. Customers may track their shipment via our Order Tracking page by entering the order number along with the associated email address or phone number.
