  • Payment must be completed in full before shipment is arranged.

5. Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Area: Delivery is available across the United Kingdom. Other countries are not supported.

  2. Shipping Fees: Orders equal to or below £160 are charged £16.99; orders over £160 qualify for free shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Method and Time: UPS is used for delivery, with an estimated shipping time of 5–10 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 18:00 (Monday to Friday, 11:00–18:00, Europe/London, GMT/BST) are processed the same day; orders after 18:00 or on weekends are processed on the next working day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if not yet shipped.

  • Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers should follow the return process after delivery for refunds.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 1–3 business days using the original payment method.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Items with visible damage, quality issues, severe odor or color difference, incorrect products, or unconditional returns are eligible.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact customer service via email or phone with order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.

    2. Upon approval, a return address and instructions will be provided.

    3. Customers must return the item to the specified address and wait for confirmation.

    4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and arrange a refund if approved.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact customer service to request an exchange, providing order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. Return the item to the specified address.

    3. After inspection, new items will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Return Labels: Approved returns will be issued a return label in accordance with online retail standards.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after return approval.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: shipping costs borne by us.

    • Unconditional returns: shipping costs borne by the customer.
